The 30-day Technology Selection Service is the best of our Rapid RFI and Rapid RFP processes in one. We take the key elements from both and streamline them to move at an even more rapid pace.
It's about making sure that the vendors understand what we are doing, and how we are doing it. Ensuring that they are bought into the benefits of a fast process - that they will either win the deal quickly or lose it quickly.
It's also about making sure that the customer buying team is 100% bought in and understands that we are going to be asking them to move quickly, to invest time in short order - but how this is going to save them SO MUCH time in the long run.

We are often asked to explain what technology our rapid vendor selection processes cover. The simple answer - anything. It really doesn't matter what our customers are looking to buy, it can be any software or associated service category.

How Rapid?
Our commitment is that the process will take 30-days or less - certainly no more. We will go from a standing start - reviewing a long list of potential vendors, to a shortlist, and then to the preferred vendor within a calendar month.
Once the preferred vendor is selected, we have done our job. The customer will then speak to references, negotiate contracts and commercial terms, and sign and deliver. The 30-days is all about vendor selection - what we do for customers of all shapes and sizes.

Who are Viewpoint Analysis Ltd?
Viewpoint Analysis Ltd was founded in 2021 with the aim of speeding up technology procurement. We sit in a unique position, between the buyers and sellers of IT. We help enterprise buyers to select the right technology FAST.
What technology can we buy through the service?
The 30-Day Technology Selection Service can be used to buy any enterprise technology. Anything from SaaS to software, and from Cloud to Services.
Is 30 days really enough?
Yes, it is plenty of time, provided we let all the participants know our plan and why we are moving so quickly. It is also important to be aware of the time of the year - in some cases moving quickly might not be the best approach (e.g. over the festive period or during the summer month). However, if it isn't 30 days, there is no reason why we can't run the same process but with some slight contingency plans.
How much does the service cost?
The service is priced at just £14,995 (plus VAT) and is a fixed cost.
At what point does Viewpoint Analysis end and our procurement or legal team engage?
The 30-Day Technology Selection Service goes from a standing start (no technology vendor options or ideas, or maybe a long list of potential options) to a 'preferred vendor' decision. We run everything between those two points - helping advise which vendors might be a good fit; speaking to all the vendors; interviewing your team to gather requirements; writing the document; hosting the vendor presentations; shortlisting advice; scoring, and more. Once we reach your preferred option, that's the end of the service and we usually pass this across to the internal or external legal / procurement teams.
Who is the service designed for?
There is no one-size-fits-all customer scenario. We work with companies from the mid-market to subsidiaries of very large companies, and everything in between. The common thread tends to be that the procurement / IT team might need some extra hands, or the buying team have limited experience buying technology.
Who makes the technology decision?
Viewpoint Analysis is completely agnostic. We do not have any vested interest in the long list, shortlist, or final vendor decision. We are just here to facilitate the process and to ensure it moves quickly and efficiently. We do not score and do not influence any decision. Furthermore, we do not receive commissions or referrals from the vendor community. We work solely, 100% for the buying team.
What if we have already started the process?
Our process goes from our engagement to the preferred vendor decision. If an RFI or market search has already been started and we just need to get from that point to the decision, that's not a problem. Our approach will cater for whatever the need and we will discuss this at the initial point of contact.
