Reed Exhibitions (part of RELX)
We helped Reed Exhibitions the leading global event provider to find and select a number of new service partners to support their global IT business unit. The multi-million pound, multi-year support agreement covers a range of key areas including Service Desk, Field Service, Application Support, and more. Looking at 10-12 vendors at the start of the process, we quickly moved through a Rapid RFI and Rapid RFP process to find their preferred vendor combination.

Riverbed
Riverbed, a global leader in AIOps for observability, sought to understand its existing and new business target customers as part of a global Account-Based Marketing (ABM) project. We combined our Buyer Group Research services and our ABM Account Research to map out 23 different buyer roles and then research a selection of key clients and target customers across EMEA and APAC.

Nexthink
We worked with Nexthink, the AI platform for Digital Employee Experience, to conduct account and contact research across almost 100 global accounts to support their worldwide ABM plans. We also trained their employees to research accounts using our methodology so they were self-sufficient.

ArrowXL
ArrowXL is a mid-sized UK business and the leader in two-person home delivery, with hundreds of vehicles and warehouse / depot locations across the United Kingdom. As part of their digital transformation, we ran super quick Technology Matchmaker and Rapid RFP vendor selection processes for three exciting projects - Unified Communications, CRM/Orders, and Route Planning.

Lineview
The Lineview team was looking to understand their target customers and partners and worked with us to investigate some of the world's largest consumer-packaged goods providers and key partners - enabling the sales and marketing team to communicate with the right people, and use the language that they cared about.
